60 Day Trial Period (Change of Mind)

Classenti gives you a 60 day trial period. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your digital piano we'll come and collect it from you. There is no collection charge. You have up to 60 days from the date you received your piano to let us know.

The piano must be unmarked, in its original condition, and put back in its original packaging. You can try your product out for up to 60 days, even use it every day, but it must be unmarked on its return. We'll then promptly process a full refund of the price you paid for the piano. If you live near one of our distribution centres, then you can bring the piano back yourself if you wish.

Please note: If you've agreed a collection by us, then it's your responsibility to make sure the piano is packed back securely in its original packaging. Failure to do this may result in your piano getting damaged on its journey back to us. We have the right to charge for any damages that occur to the piano if this situation occurs.

Buying Classenti digital pianos in a music store: Classenti digital pianos can only be purchased online. We don't supply retail stores. You can find our pianos for sale on major UK websites, piano teacher's websites, price comparison websites, shopping channels, Amazon, eBay, and more...

If you buy a Classenti piano from any of these dealers you'll be covered by the full Classenti 5 year warranty on parts, labour and technical support. You can also take advantage of the 60 day trial period. This trial period is offered by all Classenti dealers.

Faulty Goods

If your piano is faulty and rejected within 7 days, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Damaged on Delivery and Missing Goods

Your piano should be checked by you on arrival. Any claims for damaged or missing items cannot be accepted unless notification is received by us within 5 working days commencing the day you received your piano.

If you notice any damage to the box - even a small indentation - when receiving your piano from the couriers, please mark the courier's sheet as 'box damaged'. This is neccessary for any insurance claims against the courier.

In the unlikely event of your piano being damaged upon arrival by our couriers please reject the delivery and inform Classenti at your earliest convenience (in any case no later than 3 days). We will then try to resolve the issue as soon and painless as possible.

Deliveries

Classenti uses a reputable courier company to deliver all pianos.

Please note: Deliveries will be made between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm (Monday to Friday). Delivery is made to ground level only. However, we can arrange delivery upstairs or steps (at extra cost) upon request.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery Date: Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfill all orders within 7 days. Any pianos not available at the time of your order will be sent to you as soon as possible. We'll call you to arrange the delivery date, of course.

Classenti cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by us, or by any other third party. If delivery is not within the agreed time we will, with your agreement, arrange another date for delivery. If we cannot agree another date for delivery we will offer you a full refund.

Passing of Risk

The risk passes to you once the piano has been delivered and signed for, with exception of when goods are faulty, damaged, or covered under the product warranty.

Acceptance

You shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within a reasonable time after their receipt you notify us in writing that the goods are rejected. (This does not however affect your statutory rights). With digital pianos you must notify us of any damages within 5 working days. You must also sign the delivery as 'box damaged'.

If no such action has been taken, Classenti shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes and may not accept any rejection at a later date.

WEEE compliance - Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment regulations

For all European transactions, unless shown during the checkout process, our prices include contributions to a producer recycling fund to ensure that waste electrical and electronic equipment is collected and recycled in a responsible manner. We also offer a free take back service. If you have an older item that you wish to dispose of when you order a new replacement item from us (must be the same type of item), please advise us by sending an email to info{AT}classenti.co.uk with details of the old item and we‘ll collect it from you free of charge when we deliver the new item.
